- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound calling.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with banks, legal, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,509.08 per month
