Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management

- Contact new leads promptly via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand the student's age, experience, and learning goals.
- Explain academy programs, schedules, fees, and coaching methodology.
- Recommend the most suitable batch or course.

Admissions

- Schedule and coordinate trial classes.
- Follow up with parents after trial sessions.
- Address questions and objections professionally.
- Convert inquiries into enrolled students.

Parent Communication

- Build trust with parents.
- Maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Provide accurate information regarding classes, policies, and payments.

CRM & Administration

- Maintain complete and accurate lead records.
- Update lead status after every interaction.
- Track follow-ups and ensure no lead is missed.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with coaches regarding trial classes.




- Work with operations to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Marathi communication is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Google Sheets, Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of leads contacted.
- Response time for recent inquiries.
- Trial classes scheduled.
- Trial-to-enrollment conversion rate.
- Overall enrollment numbers.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Parent satisfaction.
