Profile: Sales Engineer-Industrial-Delhi/Gurugram-40k

Experience:

- 2-6 years experience in technical sales / industrial sales

- Experience selling engineering products, industrial equipment, automation systems, or technical solutions

Salary: 35k to 40k

Roles:

- Drive sales growth in the Delhi-Gurugram area. India region by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

- Acquire new customers in industrial and engineering sectors and expand the company’s regional market presence.

- Promote and sell the company’s technical products and engineering solutions to meet customer requirements.

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.

- Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate engineering solutions or products.

- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.





- Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

- Provide pre-sales technical support and guidance to customers regarding product selection and application.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports for management.

- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support after-sales coordination when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Mechanical Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Instrumentation Engineering

- Industrial Engineering

- Or related engineering field

MBA or Diploma in Sales & Marketing is added advantage.
