JAZZ Beats LLP is an emerging consumer electronics brand specializing in earbuds, neckbands, and other audio accessories. We are focused on expanding our retail presence and building strong relationships with retailers and dealers.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, proactive, and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives.

The role involves market visits, retailer and dealer onboarding, product promotion, relationship management, order generation, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new retail stores and dealers in assigned areas.
- Onboard new retailers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Promote and demonstrate JAZZ Beats products such as earbuds and neckbands.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and display at retail outlets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and dealers.
- Understand retailer requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with retailers to resolve product, order, and operational queries.
- Generate orders and contribute towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Expand the company's retail network within the assigned territory.
- Submit regular reports on visits, sales, and business development activities.

- Prior experience in field sales,



FMCG, consumer electronics, telecom, retail sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident interacting with retailers, dealers, and customers.
- Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to take ownership.
- Interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories.
- Willingness to travel within Pune as required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹4,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹5,000–₹15,000+ per month
- Fixed CTC: ₹32,000 per month
- Potential Monthly Earnings: ₹37,000–₹47,000+ based on performance

Performance-based incentives may vary depending on individual sales performance.
