Job Summary

We are hiring a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller for outbound sales lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team for conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Explain company products/services to clients
- Maintain lead database and daily calling reports
- Follow up with interested customers
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets





Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle sales conversations confidently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Robust follow-up skills

Qualification

- Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate

Experience

- Fresher and Experienced both can apply
- Experience in telecalling or sales will be preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Fluent in Hindi
- Basic English communication preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
