Senior Merchandiser – Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Manage the full garment merchandising lifecycle from initial development through final delivery, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time execution.

- Development & Costing: Oversee sampling (proto to PP), negotiate garment costing/margins, and set strict T&A; calendars.
- Order Execution: Coordinate garment sourcing, place factory orders, and serve as the main link between buyers, vendors, and production.
- Production Tracking & QA: Monitor daily line-loading schedules, track T&A; milestones, and partner with QA teams to maintain buyer quality standards.
- Logistics & Buyer Relations: Manage direct buyer updates, resolve delivery bottlenecks proactively, and coordinate shipping documentation.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate WIP (Work In Progress) reports, order status updates, and post-shipment margin audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
