About the Chance:

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the cultivation of ornamental plants in soilless media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing greenhouse operations, plant nutrition, pest and disease management, and optimizing plant growth in hydroponic or soilless systems.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage soilless cultivation of foliage potted plants, Anthurium, Phalaenopsis orchids, and Spathiphyllum.
- Ensure high-quality plant growth through proper nutrient management and environmental controls.




- Oversee operations in both open-ventilated greenhouses and fan-and-pad closed tunnel-type greenhouses.
- Monitor plant health, pest & disease management, and implement preventive measures.
- Train and manage farm workers to follow best agricultural practices.
- Maintain production schedules and achieve yield targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and sustainability measures.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in soilless farming (hydroponics, cocopeat, perlite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation systems, and greenhouse management.
- Ability to handle production planning, labor management, and quality control.
- Experience in ornamental plant cultivation preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
