We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Dental Assistant cum Receptionist to join our team in Chandigarh. While the primary focus of this role is clinical assisting, you will also handle front-desk operations to ensure smooth daily clinic function and a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assisting (Primary Role):

Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures and treatments.

Instrument & Material Prep: Set up trays, arrange dental instruments, and prepare dental materials before procedures.

Patient Care Support: Manage suction, retractor placement, and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment.

Sterilization & Hygiene: Clean, sterilize, and disinfect instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to strict hygiene standards.

Reception & Front Desk (Secondary Role):

Patient Records: Maintain, update, and manage accurate patient medical/dental history and data.

Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make follow-up calls.

Scheduling: Manage patient appointments,



walk-ins, and daily clinical schedules efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Prior experience working as a Dental Assistant is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with dental instruments, terminology, and material mixing procedures.

Skills:

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer/data entry skills for managing patient records.

Ability to multitask and maintain clinical hygiene.

Punctuality & Professionalism: Courteous attitude toward patients and strong attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
