Role description

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications that leverage large language models (LLMs), vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and autonomous AI agents to solve complex business problems. This role requires a solid software engineering foundation combined with hands-on experience building production-grade AI solutions. · Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using modern AI frameworks. · Build multi-step AI workflows and autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, tool usage, and decision-making. · Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source models. · Develop AI orchestration workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain or similar platforms. · Implement memory management, conversation management, and agent collaboration patterns. · Create AI systems that interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and external tools. · Build scalable backend services using Python. · Design and implement REST APIs and microservices.



· Develop asynchronous and high-performance services. · Create integration services connecting AI models with enterprise applications. · Ensure production readiness including logging, monitoring, observability, and security. · Deploy AI solutions on Azure, AWS Python, FastAPI, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Vector Databases, Azure AI Search, AI Agents, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure AI Foundry
