We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – Interior Designer to manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete execution of interior fit-out projects across multiple sites.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project delivery.
- Supervise site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and timelines.
- Oversee all interior trades including modular carpentry, loose furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, wall finishes, electrical, plumbing, and soft furnishing.
- Monitor project quality, safety standards, and efficient material utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges effectively.
- Track project budgets, timelines, milestones, and execution progress.
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.




- Prepare daily/weekly project reports and update management on project status.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- At least 2 years of independent experience in managing site execution and project delivery.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of interior execution works including carpentry, false ceiling, painting, finishing, flooring, and soft furnishing.
- Positive understanding of BOQ, technical drawings, project coordination, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, vendors, and deadlines efficiently.
