Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 10 Tele Callers and 5 Relationship Managers.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Develop strategies to increase lead generation and loan disbursements.
- Review daily MIS reports and analyze team performance.
- Coordinate with partner banks and NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
- Resolve customer and team escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
- Drive branch growth and achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements

- Experience in the loan, banking, NBFC, or financial services industry is mandatory.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Solid knowledge of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
