Key Responsibilities

- Visit agri retail shops, dealers, and distributors across Salem and nearby areas to promote Algovex Innovation products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications to dealers and retailers.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing information, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on dealer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment collections as per company policy.




- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, and dealer activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally and build long-term business relationships.

Qualification

- Diploma in Agriculture / B.Sc. Agriculture or any Agriculture-related degree.

Experience

- 1–2 Years.
- Freshers with good agricultural knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
