Hiring: Business Development Executive / Manager (eLearning & Localization)

Vstudioworks Learning is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives/Managers to help grow our global client base.

We specialize in:

- End-to-end eLearning development
- Articulate Storyline 360 development
- eLearning localization (Translation, Voice-over, Integration & QA)
- AI and Human Voice-over
- Video production
- Instructional Design
- Learning Consulting

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with L&D; managers, HR leaders, training managers, and eLearning companies worldwide.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Work closely with the project team to support business growth.

RequirementsBusiness Development Executive / Manager

- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in eLearning, EdTech, IT Services, Localization, Translation,



or Corporate Training is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong business development skills.

Business Development Trainee

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and client relationship management.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.

Salary

- Business Development Executive / Manager: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
- Business Development Trainee: Salary as per company standards.
