Job Title: Business Development Engineer / BD Manager – HVAC & Cleanroom

Location: Vadodara, Ahmedabad & MP

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive having knowledge of HVAC, clean room and Lab Furniture to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies for HVAC & Cleanroom projects
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents in coordination with design/estimation teams
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy reviews
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with internal engineering, execution, and project teams to ensure client commitments are met
- Achieve sales targets and report on pipeline, forecasts, and market trends to management

Requirements / Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC /or Cleanroom systems
- Prior exposure to pharma industry clients strongly preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales, marketing, or business development
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
