Pooja Traders is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Staff – Front Office to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing front office operations, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable architectural hardware products.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales bills.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
- Ensure the showroom and front office are well-organized and presentable.
- Support day-to-day administrative and front desk activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not compulsory.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and billing/invoicing software).
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-first approach.
