- Job Description:

- - Cost Tracking & Program Support (Under Guidance)
- Cost Tracking: Assist in updating and maintaining program cost status, tracking Risks & Opportunities (R&O;) from Program Start to Job 1.
- Change Management Support: Learn the automotive change management process. Assist in maintaining the program Change Tracker and preparing documentation for Commodity Change Management Forms (CMF).
- Meeting Coordination: Facilitate and document key cross-functional meetings involving Finance, Purchasing, and Cost Estimation.
- Supplier & Quote Coordination: Assist in gathering detailed quotes from suppliers and coordinating with internal Cost Estimation teams to compile data for cost approvals.
- Sourcing & Governance Support.
- Engineering Design & Testing (ED&T;) Tracking: Assist in verifying supplier ED&T; against the Engineering Statement of Work (ESOW) and tracking approvals through the governance board.
- Order Tracking: Monitor and report Tooling and Purchase Order (PO) status to key stake holder.
