Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Career Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and career paths. The role involves handling high-quality leads, mentoring junior counsellors, and driving admissions through effective counselling and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding various courses, career paths, and upskilling opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve and exceed monthly admission and revenue targets
- Mentor and guide junior counsellors to improve their performance and conversion ratios
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions via calls, video calls, or in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead management and campaign feedback
- Address student queries and provide end-to-end admission support




- Build strong relationships with students to ensure trust and long-term engagement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in Education Counselling / EdTech / Admissions
- Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in mentoring or leading a team is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and counselling processes
