JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Review, evaluate, and process incoming insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
2. Determine claim validity and coverage by examining insurance policies and related records
3. Assess losses and calculate appropriate payments, negotiating settlements when necessary.
4. Maintain detailed records of claims, decisions, and financial transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Serve as a liaison between the insurance company and claimants, providing updates and resolving disputes to maintain customer satisfaction.
