About the role

As a Social Media Intern, you'll get a front-row seat to how a brand shows up and connects in the digital world. You won't just scroll through feeds, you'll help shape them, turning ideas into content and content into community.

From brainstorming posts to scheduling, engaging with followers, and tracking what's working, you'll be hands-on across every platform we're on.

Whether it's a caption that stops the scroll, a reel concept that clicks, or a comment that makes someone feel heard — you'll learn to create with intention, consistency, and a feel for what makes people actually engage.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and

more — keeping the feed fresh, on-brand, and consistent.

Write captions, suggest reel/post concepts, and work with the design team to bring ideas to life.

Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions across platforms and respond in a timely, warm,and on-brand way.

Keep a content calendar updated and flag any gaps, trends, or opportunities to the team.

Track post performance — reach, engagement, saves, shares — and pull weekly insights to

understand what's working.

Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform updates and bring fresh ideas to the

table regularly.

Support in community building by engaging with followers, creators, and relevant

conversations in the space.

Assist in monthly social media reports covering growth,



engagement trends, and content

performance by platform.

Who the Ideal Candidate Is

Has 0–2 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, social media, or customer

engagement.

Can write clearly and confidently in English and basic Hindi (more regional languages are

a bonus).

Understands how reviews and reputation shape a customer’s first impression.

Is organised, deadline-driven, and able to multitask across platforms.

Brings a qualified tone, quick turnaround, and a service-first mindset.

Eager to learn digital tools, response strategy, and brand reputation management.

Bonus Points for

Familiarity with healthcare, hospital, or service-based industries.

Knowledge of tools like Hootsuite, Google My Business, Excel/Sheets, or ORM dashboards.

Has experience writing customer service or chat responses, even in a non-ORM role.

Worked in a digital agency, PR firm, or consumer-facing brand.

Personality traits

Has high attention to detail and double-checks before responding.

Communicates with empathy and always thinks from the patient’s POV.

Can remain calm and respectful even in high-pressure or escalated situations.

Enjoys turning negative experiences into positive ones.

Comfortable with documentation, follow-ups, and structured reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
