Role Overview

As our Content Creation , you will be at the heart of our social media and brand storytelling efforts. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-end mobile content that resonates with our audience. This role requires someone who is not only skilled behind the camera but is also comfortable being in front of it to represent the brand.

- Location: Bangalore (In-Office / Field)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000 / month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Content Creation: Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality Instagram Reels, product visuals, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content using mobile devices, maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.
- Founder Content Support: Capture and assist in producing engaging storytelling content for the founder’s personal brand page, documenting daily meetings, travel, and testimonials.
- Trend Optimization: Edit highly engaging reels using mobile applications, ensuring all content aligns with fast-moving Instagram trends, audios, and formats.
- Event & Field Coverage: Travel to local exhibitions, events,



and retailer visits to document and live-capture brand activities.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the "face of the brand" in front of the camera for select social media content and reels.

Required Skills & Experience

- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent mobile/desktop image and video editing tools).
- Editing Skills: Intermediate-level video and image editing skills with a sharp eye for pacing, color grading, and audio syncing.
- Creativity: Strong photography and videography skills using smartphones or mobile rigs.
- Social Media Native: Deep understanding of social media marketing and current Instagram algorithm trends.

Eligibility Criteria

- Location: Must be currently residing in Bangalore.
- Commitment: Available for a full-time, in-office/on-field

Pay: ₹7,198.36 - ₹15,936.11 per month
