Job Title: Travel Accountant

Wander Nova is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Travel Accountant to manage financial operations related to travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with GST and TDS, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookings, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Handle vendor payments, advance settlements, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate records of travel transactions, commissions, refunds, and cancellations.

Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly closing reports.

Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Coordinate with the Operations and Sales teams for billing and payment follow-ups.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost control for travel operations.





Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial records.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).

2–5 years of accounting experience (travel industry experience preferred).

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Robust analytical, reconciliation, and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
