We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet client needs, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and present architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models to clients and stakeholders
- Develop design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and budget
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve in office design issues
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including specifications and contracts
- Use CAD/BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) to create detailed drawings
- Research materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with local authorities for permits and approvals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
