Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive leads, brand awareness, and engagement for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online campaigns, optimizing digital platforms, and enhancing our online presence to generate quality leads and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for the real estate industry.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns to generate leads.
- Create and execute SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter) with engaging real estate content.
- Develop and oversee email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Optimize the company’s website and landing pages for conversions and user experience.
- Create and manage real estate-focused content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tracking tools.




- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and real estate industry insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with website management, landing pages, and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital tracking tools.
- Excellent content creation skills for social media and blogs.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with real estate lead generation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing for ad creatives.
