We're hiring an Sales development Rep(outbound marketer) to own our cold outbound engine end to end - Building lists, writing copy, running experiments, and putting qualified conversations on the calendar with the right decision-makers at US B2B SaaS and tech companies.

You'll own the outbound function at Komet - building the process, running it, and iterating on it. Reports directly to the founder.

What you'll do

- Build and enrich targeted prospect lists (ICP definition, personas, data hygiene)
- Write cold email and cold DM copy that gets replies - hooks, sequences, follow-ups
- Set up, launch, and A/B test sending across email and DMs
- Track pipeline in CRM and keep it clean
- Handle follow-ups and respond to inbound questions from prospects
- Book 2 qualified meetings per week (~8/month) - this is the primary KPI

What we're looking for

- Prior experience doing exactly this - cold email and cold DM outbound - for an agency selling into the US market. PLEASE DONT APPLY if you haven't done this specific work before.
- Strong written English.



You're writing to US buyers, so tone, cadence, and cultural fit matter.
- Comfortable with contemporary outbound tooling (Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, Clay, HubSpot, or equivalents).
- Data-minded - you know what a healthy reply rate looks like, when to kill a sequence, and how to read a test.
- Self-directed. We want someone who owns outcomes, not someone who needs daily direction.

- Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST (overlaps with US morning hours)
