Field Sales & Order Generation

· Conduct daily market visits to retailers, dealers, and distributors within the assigned territory.

· Generate primary and secondary sales through regular order booking.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Ensure healthy order frequency and optimal product mix.

Distributor Appointment & Management

· Identify potential distributors in assigned markets.

· Appoint distributors as per company guidelines and approval process.

· Support distributors in market development, retailer onboarding, and route planning.

· Ensure distributor performance, stock rotation, and payment discipline.

Retail Network Expansion

· Appoint new retailers and strengthen coverage in existing markets.

· Ensure effective product visibility at retail counters.

· Monitor retail feedback, competition activity, and market trends.

· Ensure brand discipline and correct product display at point of sale.

Market Execution & Coverage Discipline

· Follow beat plans, route plans, and daily activity schedules.

· Ensure minimum calls per day as defined by management.

· Track market coverage,



current outlets added and drop size.

· Execute promotional schemes and trade offers effectively.

Reporting & MIS

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Update management on market insights, competitor activity, and pricing trends.

· Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and market visits.

· Use company-defined systems, apps, or formats for reporting.

Brand Representation & Conduct

· Represent the company professionally in the market.

· Always maintain ethical sales practices.

· Protect brand image and company goodwill.

· Follow company policies, code of conduct, and discipline norms strictly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
