Roles and Responsibilities

Shift Details:

Night Shift 20:30 Hrs. ~ 06:30 Hrs. (Work from Office)

Role & Responsibilities:

Taking both Inbound and Outbound calling.

- Night Shift Voice Process,
- Collaborating with team-members.
- Customer service executive,
- voice customer support.
- Follow approved workflows in responding to customer inquiries.

Skills Required:

- Ability to speak English accurately and clearly.
- Required Candidate profile: A few years of Call Center experience is ideal for this role.
- Freshers or Experienced candidates who can speak multiple regional languages are preferred - Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam
- Experience in any industry is okay.
- Candidates must be able to talk in a friendly.
- Tirunelveli candidates only.
