​Job Summary

​We are expanding our commercial footprint in Kochi and are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and execute effective marketing strategies to promote Cochin Colours products.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Identify and develop new market segments, target accounts, and business opportunities across Kochi.
- ​Pitch paint products and solutions to contractors, builders, interior designers, and retail partners.
- ​Execute sales and promotional strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- ​Conduct market research, track competitor pricing, and analyze consumer trends.




- ​Coordinate promotional activities and nurture leads from initial contact to closing.

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Experience: Proven professional experience in sales and marketing (experience in paints, building materials, or retail sectors is a strong plus).
- ​Robust negotiation, pitching, and networking skills.
- ​Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- ​Valid local transport arrangements and familiarity with the Kochi region.
