We’re Hiring: Business Head | New Venture Build-Out

Prachar Group is building a new business from the ground up and is looking for an entrepreneurial Business Head who can lead the journey from inception to breakeven, and beyond.

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who can think like a founder, operate like a builder, and execute with commercial discipline. The management will act as the investor and strategic sponsor, while the Business Head will be responsible for shaping the business, building the team, and driving it toward sustainable growth.

Role Overview

The Business Head will own the end-to-end creation and scaling of the business, including:

- Defining the business roadmap and go-to-market approach.
- Identifying and recommending the right operating location.
- Building the initial team and hiring key functions.
- Setting up operations, processes, and execution rhythm.
- Driving commercial traction, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Working closely with the management team on strategy, investment planning, and milestone tracking.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who brings:

- Solid entrepreneurial or business-building experience.
- Proven ability to launch, scale,



and operationalize a business.
- Experience in team building, hiring, and cross-functional leadership.
- Commercial ownership and a strong understanding of P&L.;
- Ability to evaluate markets, locations, and business opportunities.
- Comfort working in a founder-like, high-accountability role.
