Aqueouss is a growing company specializing in Lithium Batteries and Energy Storage Solutions. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive digital growth, generate high-quality leads, and build a strong online brand presence.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate high-quality B2B & B2C leads while maintaining target ROAS, CPL, and ROI.
- Develop and implement Performance Marketing Strategies to increase conversions, traffic, and revenue.
- Create and execute Social Media Strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage Lead Generation Campaigns and optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Conduct Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, and Audience Research.
- Manage Remarketing Campaigns, Audience Segmentation, Conversion Tracking, and Pixel Setup.
- Collaborate with the Design and Content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing Trends, AI Marketing Tools, and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads).
- Experience in Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, and Campaign Optimization.




- Strong understanding of Brand Building and Digital Growth Strategies.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy.
- Expertise in Conversion Tracking, Meta Pixel, and Google Conversion Tracking.
- Basic knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing Marketing Budgets and improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly lead generation and business growth targets.
