We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Motion Graphic Designer to lead our brand’s visual storytelling across digital channels. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creator: someone who can produce high-fidelity motion graphics for product walkthroughs , while also rapidly churning out high-quality social media collateral. You should be an "AI-first" designer, leveraging modern tools to maximize speed and creativity.

What You’ll Do

- Motion & Video: Produce and edit high-impact SaaS product walkthroughs, explainer videos, and short-form motion content.
- Social Media Collateral: Rapidly design engaging LinkedIn carousels, static posts, and digital ad sets
- Corporate & Sales Design: Create professional, visually compelling business decks and sales collateral
- AI Integration: Actively use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to accelerate design workflows
- Brand Ownership: Maintain a consistent and polished visual identity across all online and offline platforms

Required Skills

- Strong experience in graphic design and visual communication
- Strong command over PowerPoint / presentation design(s)
- Primary experience in creating engaging and viral posts for LinkedIn, Instagram and Youtube
- Proficiency in image and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Filmora, or equivalent
- Familiarity with AI tools for design, content, and presentations




- Exposed to AI-assisted creative workflows (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, or similar)
- Basic motion graphics or animation capability
- Good sense of typography, layout, color balance, and storytelling
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing design/creative design
- Experience in B2B, IT services, technology, or corporate environments preferred
