Core Roles and Responsibilities

- Project Supervision & Leadership: Supervises day-to-day site construction work, leading site teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Technical Management: Interprets construction drawings, site plans, and rebar schedules. Ensures technical accuracy in setting out, surveying, and site measurements using tools like GPS and robotic instruments.
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Monitors construction quality to ensure compliance with standards, specs, and design drawings, including concrete pours and steel reinforcement checks.
- Project Controls & Planning: Assists in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, including material planning.




- Safety & Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to health and safety regulations (OH&S;) by all personnel on site.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaises with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth operations, preparing daily records, site diaries, and progress reports.
- Problem Resolution: Identifies potential technical issues, resolves site discrepancies, and manages variation orders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
