- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, buffet, and service areas.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints politely, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain grooming and qualified appearance as per hotel policy.
- Assist with banquet and event services whenever required.
- Support inventory control by handling restaurant equipment and reporting shortages or breakages.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
