Hiring: Chef de Partie (CDP) / Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Location: Taj Lands End Mumbai

Weekly Off: 6 Monthly Offs

Salary

- Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP): ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
- Chef de Partie (CDP): ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and follow FIFO practices.
- Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and other kitchen team members for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations.
- Follow all SOPs and maintain high operational standards during service.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts preferred.
- DCDP: Relevant kitchen experience of 5 star property
- CDP: Relevant kitchen experience of 5 star property
- Experience in luxury hotels,



premium restaurants, or fine dining establishments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
