Position: MEP BIM Engineer

Experience Required: 5–6 years (preferably with UAE experience)

Salary: 180000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Independently manage the complete BIM process from project initiation to handover.

· Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

· Prepare coordinated MEP shop drawings and construction documentation.

· Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.

· Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

· Generate schedules, quantity take-offs, and as-built documentation.

· Support project and site teams with BIM-related technical requirements.

· Ensure timely delivery of BIM models while maintaining company and project standards.

Candidate Requirements





- Preferred candidates from Kerala

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

· 5–6 years of hands-on MEP BIM experience.

· Solid proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

· Good understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.

· Ability to work independently and manage the entire BIM lifecycle, as this will be the sole BIM Engineer position within the company.

· Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per month
