Location: Mohali, Sector 75
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Salary: Starting from ₹16,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international clients and carriers over calls.
- Coordinate freight shipments and negotiate freight rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates.
- Handle documentation and ensure smooth transportation operations.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Learn company processes quickly and adapt to new responsibilities.

Eligibility:





- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- International calling experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Rapid learner with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work the night shift.
- Only candidates available to work from Mohali, Sector 75 should apply.
