Roles & Responsibilities

- Learn and handle skilled photography for weddings, events, portraits and studio shoots.
- Learn camera handling, lighting, framing, composition and creative photography techniques.
- Edit and enhance photographs using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and other editing tools.
- Assist senior photographers during shoots and gradually handle assignments independently.
- Select, organise, edit and prepare photographs for albums, client delivery and social media.
- Learn new photography trends, editing techniques, AI tools and contribute creative ideas.
- Maintain studio equipment and files responsibly while completing assigned work on time and working professionally with the team and clients.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with no previous experience in photography or photo editing can apply.
- No portfolio is required for freshers.
- Candidates who do not know anything about this field but are genuinely interested in learning from scratch are welcome.
- Degree or specific educational qualification is not mandatory.
- Candidates should be creative, responsible, punctual and willing to learn.




- We are especially looking for candidates who want to learn, grow and work with us for the long term.
- Previous knowledge of photography, Photoshop or Lightroom is an added advantage, but not compulsory.

Training & Incentives

Selected freshers will be trained from the basics in photography, camera handling, lighting, photo editing, Lightroom, Photoshop and professional studio workflow.

After successful completion of the training period, performance-based incentives will be applicable in addition to the salary, as per company policy. Will be paid during the training period.
