Job Summary

The ITI Sheet Metal Worker is responsible for fabricating sheet metal components by cutting, bending, punching, drilling, and assembling materials according to engineering drawings while ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Operate shearing, bending, punching, drilling, and power press machines.
- Perform cutting, bending, forming, and assembly of MS, CRCA, GI, and SS sheets.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments.
- Maintain product quality and reduce material wastage.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and use PPE.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and basic preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with supervisors to achieve production targets.

Qualifications

- ITI in Sheet Metal Worker / Fitter or equivalent.
- 0–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication (Freshers may also apply).
