Roles & Responsibilities

- Post accounting entries accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before accounting.
- Support bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Coordinate with internal teams to obtain supporting documents and resolve accounting queries.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing required documents.

Required Qualification

- B.Com / BBA / CPT/ MBA (Finance) – Recent Graduate
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles




- Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred
- Knowledge of Tally or any accounting software is an added advantage

Good to Have Skills

- Good understanding of accounting concepts and bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
