About Us

MindCodeLab Technologies is a growing IT company specializing in Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX Design, AI Solutions, and Custom Software Development. We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through online bidding and lead generation.
- Search, bid, and manage projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Guru, and LinkedIn.
- Identify prospective clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiate project terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimations.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Meet monthly business development targets.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr,



Freelancer.com, and other freelancing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing and project bidding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online channels.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in international client handling will be an added advantage.
