We are seeking an experienced Outsource Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination with our outsourcing partners and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of outsourced work.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Project Leads and Department Managers to plan outsourcing requirements.

Prepare and communicate work packages using drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Obtain vendor quotations, facilitate approvals, and coordinate PIs, POs, and payment-related information.

Monitor vendor progress through regular follow-ups and quality inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications and delivery timelines.

Coordinate logistics, material movement, final inspections, and rework activities.

Maintain outsource trackers, provide regular project updates, and escalate risks or delays when required.

Support coordination between Vendors, Procurement, Accounts, and internal teams.

Identify, evaluate,



and develop new outsourcing partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing, production coordination, or manufacturing operations.

Prior experience in or strong familiarity with the furniture, interior fit-out, woodworking, or custom manufacturing industry is preferred.

Valuable understanding of manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), quality standards, and production processes.

Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
