The Cashless Executive is responsible for handling all insurance and TPA-related processes, ensuring smooth cashless treatment approval, documentation, and coordination between patients, doctors, and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cashless hospitalization cases for patients.
- Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrator) and insurance companies.
- Process pre-authorization (Pre-Auth) and final approval requests.
- Verify patient insurance details and eligibility.
- Prepare and submit required documents (reports, bills, discharge summary).
- Follow up with TPA/insurance companies for approval and queries.
- Maintain proper records of all cashless cases.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing department.
- Ensure timely communication to patients/relatives regarding approval status.
- Handle rejection cases and guide patients for further steps.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of medical insurance / TPA processes




- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Computer proficiency (Hospital Management Software, MS Excel)
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Qualification:

- Graduate (Any stream)
- Preference: Experience in hospital billing / insurance / TPA desk

Experience:

- 1–3 years experience in hospital cashless / TPA handling preferred
- Fresher can apply (if trained)
