Position Overview

Responsibilities

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.

- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance communication and workflow.

- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and security practices for system health.

Project Management

- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide regular project updates.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration

- Bridge the gap between development and operations teams, fostering a culture of collaboration.





- Conduct regular meetings to ensure project goals align with business objectives.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team.

Requirements and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer and Project Manager.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and infrastructure management.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for automation tasks.

- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, PMP, GCP, Azure) are a plus.
