Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers.
- Maintain professional written communication.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in an international non-voice process is preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
