Job Summary

The Sample Collection Executive is responsible for collecting biological samples from patients and clients in a secure, professional, and timely manner. The role involves sample collection, proper labeling, documentation, transportation, and maintaining high standards of patient care and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood, urine, stool, swab, and other specimens as per standard operating procedures.
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate sample labeling.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols during sample collection.
- Maintain sample integrity during storage and transportation.
- Complete all required documentation and data entry accurately.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff regarding sample handling and testing requirements.
- Schedule and conduct home sample collection visits when required.
- Ensure collection materials, consumables, and equipment are adequately stocked.
- Provide courteous and professional service to patients and clients.
- Report any incidents, sample rejections,



or operational issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass), Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred.
- Valid driver's license may be required for home sample collection roles.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in sample collection, phlebotomy, or laboratory services.
- Freshers with relevant training may also apply.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of specimen collection procedures.
- Basic understanding of laboratory and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple collection assignments.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
