ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Executive to join our team at the head office in Tripunithura, Kochi. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle PF and ESI compliance, maintain employee records, conduct inductions, and support general HR functions. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, reporting directly to the AGM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
- Conduct induction and orientation for all new joiners
- Handle PF and ESI administration — registration, contributions, returns, and employee queries
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and maintain all statutory registers
- Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs with the Finance team




- Handle employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies
- Assist the AGM in training coordination and any other HR initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience — covering recruitment, compliance, and employee records
- Working knowledge of PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws — mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office — Excel, Word, email
- Fluent in Malayalam and English — spoken and written
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG company is an advantage
