Job Description:

Kataline Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Collection Executive to manage contract payment collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have experience in payment follow-ups, client coordination, and maintaining accurate payment records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain invoice and payment records accurately.
- Prepare collection MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Update payment records in SAP/ERP.
- Resolve payment-related issues and escalate delays when required.

Requirements:

- Graduate (B.Com).




- 2–3 years of experience in Contract Payment Collection or Accounts Receivable.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates from Construction, Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, or Building Materials industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
