Compensation & Transparency

- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month, further Negotiable
- Structure: NO TARGETS | NO COMMISSION
- Benefits: Fixed salary role (No PF / Other Benefits)
- Contract: 12-Month Renewable Contract
- Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 8 Hours/Day
- Experience: 2–3 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a professional TELEMARKRTING/ TELESALES/ CUSTOMERCARE/COUNSELLOR Executive to manage student enrollments for European Higher Education. This is a guidance-based role focused on quality counseling and administrative excellence rather than aggressive sales.

Core Responsibilities

- Professional Counseling: Provide expert advice to students and parents regarding European academic programs and career pathways.
- Admission Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of student applications, including eligibility checks and documentation.
- Inquiry Management: Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries,



and emails with professionalism and high-quality service.
- Records Maintenance: Ensure accurate and organized tracking of all student interactions and application statuses.

Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years in Overseas Education / Study Abroad consulting is preferred.
- Languages (Mandatory): Fluent English and Tamil (Written & Verbal).
- Languages (Preferred): Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, professional email etiquette, Google sheets and MS Office proficiency.
- Eligibility: Must be able to commute to Office at Jafferkahanpet Ashok Nagr Chennai.
