Role Overview:

- We are seeking a highly competent Site Engineer to take full charge of on-site planning, coordination and execution of multiple real estate development sites in Margao & Cortalim.

- This role requires strong technical knowledge, execution capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, site staff and internal management. The ideal candidate must demonstrate command over site operations, quality control, compliance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Site Control

- Lead execution planning in coordination with architects and the engineering team.
- Maintain complete control over planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of multiple sites.
- Ensure work progresses as per timelines and company standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to maintain project momentum.

Material & Quality Management

- Oversee material procurement in coordination with management.
- Ensure quality control standards are strictly maintained across all stages of construction.
- Monitor workmanship, site safety, and compliance with technical specifications.

Documentation & Record Management

- Organise, maintain, and update all site records, drawings, approvals, progress reports, and technical data.
- Ensure proper documentation for audit, compliance, and management review.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E.



/ Engineering Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- Solid organisational and multitasking abilities.

- High sense of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism.

Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a contracting firm and should have handled at least high rise buildings.

- Exposure to operations, coordination, administration, or project management roles will be preferred.
