This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing at FB Celebrations, Nariman Point. The role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling financial aspects related to client servicing, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Qualifications

- Client Services, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills

- Excellent Communication skills

- Understanding of Finance in a client servicing context

- Experience in event planning or luxury customer service

- Robust organisational and time-management skills

- Field of Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field

- RSVP Coordination

- Moodboard & Design Coordination

- Hospitality & Logistics Coordination

- Artist Suggestion & Curation
