This is a full-shift remote role aligned to Eastern Time. Two shifts are available:

- Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

Combined, the team provides coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.

About the Role

We're seeking two detail-oriented Solar Proposal & Site Assessment Support Specialists to join our growing clean-energy team. Working hand-in-hand with our Site Assessment Report (SAR) team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of solar proposals before they reach the customer.

This is a fast-paced, precision-focused role: each review should be completed within a 20–40 minute turnaround, so strong time management and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Site Assessment Report (SAR) work against the initial proposal to ensure all details match.




- Prepare and refine revised proposals based on updated designs and assessment findings.
- Use Aurora to generate design links that integrate into Proposal Plus, reflecting accurate system design and projected savings.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team when panel placement or system design needs to be adjusted.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality output across all reviews.
- Communicate clearly and promptly via Slack (our primary point of contact).

Required Qualifications

- Prior solar design experience.
- Hands-on experience with Aurora (or comparable solar design software).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently within a defined shift and meet tight turnaround times.

Nice-to-Have's

- Technically savvy / quick to learn current software tools.
- Electrical background.
- Customer-service experience.

Pay: ₹71,830.00 per month
